You can choose a topic you’d like to discuss, bring a question or simply turn up and see where the conversation takes us. The session is friendly and supportive, with plenty of space for you to talk, express your ideas and practise being yourself in English.
This is not a formal lesson or an exam-preparation session. It is an opportunity to have a meaningful conversation, build your fluency and enjoy using your English without pressure.
Your conversation can take place on either Zoom or Microsoft Teams, depending on which platform you prefer.

Join me for our fortnightly Coffee & Conversation group, a relaxed online get-together for paid subscribers.
These friendly Zoom sessions are a chance to practise speaking English, share ideas and enjoy meaningful conversation with other members of the community. I’ll bring a few gentle prompts to help the conversation flow, but the sessions are informal and there is no pressure to prepare anything in advance.
You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you like. The aim is simply to enjoy using your English in a supportive, friendly space.

You can share voice notes, respond to conversation prompts, ask questions about English and chat with other members of the community. I’ll also pop in regularly with ideas, encouragement and useful language to help you express yourself more naturally and confidently.
There is no pressure to contribute every day or to speak perfectly. You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you like.
